Terms for using SVG Lift PNG to SVG conversion tools and paid plans

These Terms of Service govern your use of SVG Lift, including the PNG to SVG converter and related guide pages. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
You may use SVG Lift to convert PNG images into SVG files for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files you upload and for how you use the generated SVG output.
You agree not to upload files that you do not have permission to process, files that contain sensitive confidential information, or content that violates applicable law.
SVG conversion quality depends on the input image. Logos, icons, illustrations, line art, and images with clear edges usually produce better results than complex photographs.
SVG Lift does not guarantee that every conversion will be perfect, error-free, suitable for every design workflow, or identical to a manually redrawn vector file.
You retain your rights to the files you upload. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded files and generated outputs do not infringe the rights of others.
The SVG Lift website, interface, branding, and original product content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
SVG Lift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.
SVG Lift may offer one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless we state otherwise. Any applicable taxes, the price, billing interval, and the cancellation method are shown before you enter payment information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. SVG Lift does not store your complete payment card details.
When a subscription is offered, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide at the stated monthly or annual interval until you cancel. One-time credit packs do not create a recurring charge.
Paid conversion credits are added after a successful payment. A conversion currently costs 0.20 credits, as shown on the pricing page. Purchased credit packs do not expire while SVG Lift remains available. Unused subscription credits roll over while SVG Lift remains available.
Credits are a record of access to SVG Lift conversion services. They are not money, stored value, a gift card, or an investment. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or used outside SVG Lift.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before its next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not create a cancellation fee. Unless we state otherwise during checkout, you keep access to the plan through the end of the period you have already paid for.
When self-service billing is available, you can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing link in your account. If that option is unavailable, email support@svglift.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Cancel subscription." We will use that request to stop future renewals.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not automatic. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of a charge by emailing support@svglift.com with your account email, payment date, and order or invoice reference.
We review requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified technical failure that prevented the paid service from being delivered. We do not normally refund conversion credits that have already been used or a digital service that was successfully delivered. If we approve a refund, it is returned to the original payment method; the timing of the return is controlled by the payment provider and your bank.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVG Lift is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or generated files.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page.
