Overview

SVG Lift provides browser-accessible tools for converting PNG images into SVG vector files. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the website and the converter.

Files You Upload

When you upload a PNG file for conversion, the file is used to generate an SVG result and preview the output. Uploaded files should only be files you have the right to use.

Do not upload sensitive personal documents, confidential business files, or images that you are not allowed to process through an online tool.

Information We May Process

We may process limited information needed to operate and improve the service:

• Uploaded image files and generated SVG output during the conversion flow.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited, feature usage, browser type, device type, and approximate diagnostics.
• Account or contact information only if you choose to create an account, sign in, or contact us through a future support channel.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide PNG to SVG conversion and preview functionality.
• Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the website.
• Prevent abuse, excessive automated usage, or harmful activity.
• Understand aggregate usage patterns for product and performance improvements.

Analytics Cookies and Session Recordings

With your permission, SVG Lift uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate website usage and improve the product:

• Google Analytics 4 may process pages viewed, product interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location information. We keep advertising storage, advertising personalization, and advertising user data disabled.
• Microsoft Clarity may create heatmaps and session recordings that show how visitors navigate the public website. We do not use Clarity's identity API to send email addresses or account IDs. The converter and account dashboard are explicitly masked, so uploaded images, generated previews, file names, account balances, and activity history are not uploaded to Clarity.

These optional tools do not load until you choose Accept analytics. If you reject analytics, the converter and account features continue to work. We store your choice in the first-party svglift_analytics_consent cookie for up to 12 months so we can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Third-Party Services

SVG Lift may rely on hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, payment, or infrastructure providers to operate the website. These providers may process limited technical information as necessary to provide their services. We ask users not to upload sensitive personal documents, confidential business files, or images that they are not allowed to process through the converter.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the website and conversion flow. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid uploading files that contain sensitive or confidential information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page.
